Cooking at Peterson's is not just a job, it's his passion in life. Jeff enjoys working at Peterson's as it allows him to be very creative and gives him the opportunity to learn new techniques. This is something that is not offered in the fine dining chain restaurants.
Jeff is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School. He is from Indianapolis and began cooking at Peterson's in 2002, under the training of Chef Karl Benko. Since then he has become indispensable to Peterson's. He supervises Peterson's elite culinary team, as well as continually striving to develop new and exciting dishes. He also strives to interact with the customers and their requests.
When Jeff is not in the kitchen at Peterson's, he is at home with his wife Kayla and his son, Jordan. The rest of the time he spends enjoying the Indianapolis Colts, getting autographs, and playing sports.
