Josh Hall
Executive chef
 Josh is a graduate of Chef's Academy Culinary School and is a seasoned Peterson's staff member. He enjoys the creative freedom he can exercise working for a local, family owned, independent restaurant. With his talents, Josh prepares special soups, salads, appetizers, and entrees using local fresh seasonal ingredients.
Away from work, Josh loves spending time with his wife Heather and his son Braden.
