Josh Hall
Sous chef
Josh is a graduate of Chef's Academy Culinary School and is a seasoned Peterson's staff member. He has been working alongside, and well trained with the direction of Executive Chef Jeff Heaviland. He enjoys the creative freedom he can exercise working for a local, family owned, independent restaurant. With his talents, Josh assists Chef Jeff in preparing special soups, salads, appetizers, and entrees using local fresh seasonal ingredients.
Away from work, Josh loves spending time with his wife Heather and his son Braden.
