APRIL FEATURES:

After being Sous Chef for over five years under the guidance of Chef Karl Benko, I now have a great opportunity to assume the position of Peterson's Executive Chef. I'm very excited about the new dinner menu to debut the first of May. I am looking forward to creating amazing new dishes for all our special guests to enjoy. New options are developing for others at Peterson's and I would like to take this time to thank our pastry chef Joseph Allford for everything he's done for Peterson's over the last four years. Chef Joseph has been presented with wonderful job opportunities that he cannot pass up. Thank you again Joseph and good luck. I will now oversee all of Peterson's pastries and desserts; and foster the creation of a new dessert menu that will be unveiled the beginning of April.

I'm excited about all the new and unique challenges befitting a new chapter of success at Peterson's. I'm looking forward to continuing the reputation of Peterson's as ONLY THE VERY BEST! Thank You again to all our special patrons for your continued support. I look forward to seeing all of you at Peterson's again soon.

Thank You,

Chef Jeff

Maddalena Chardonnay, 2005

CONSENTINO "THE POET"

Founded in the late 1970's, Maddalena is a pioneer of California's Central Coast appellation, which includes Monterey, San Luis Obispo, and Santa Barbara Counties. At that time, the Central Coast was relatively unproven in its ability to produce world-class wines. Today, however, the coast is the most rapidly growing premium wine region in California.
