Rich Arthur began his career at Peterson’s along with Chef Karl Benko. He assisted with opening Peterson's and serving in a variety of capacities over the past nine years. Rich assisted in food preparation and expediting as well as management and various administrative functions.Rich has seen the restaurant grow to become the premier dining destination in the Indianapolis area.
As the other "restaurant chains" continue to enter the market, Peterson's position as a family-owned, independent restaurant will offer one of the only true fine dining experiences in the Indianapolis area.
