After finishing culinary school in Rhode Island at Johnson & Wales, she returned to the Midwest to work in several different genres until arriving in Chicago, where she worked for The Olive Garden and The Cheesecake Factory. She decided to move to Indianapolis to be near family, where she had successful stints at Dunaway's and Eddie Merlot's before finding her niche at Peterson's.
Gwen interviews and hires the finest "front of the house" staff in the area. She insists that
the customers truly enjoy the very best in their dining experience at Peterson's.
