For Jeff, cooking at Peterson’s is not just a
job, it’s his passion in life. He enjoys working
at Peterson’s as it allows him to be creative
and the opportunity to learn new techniques everyday
– something Jeff does not feel is offered in chain
restaurants around town.
Jeff is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School.
He is originally from Indianapolis and began cooking
at Peterson’s in 2001, since then he has become indispensable to Peterson's. Jeff supervises our elite
culinary team as well as continually striving to develop
new and exciting dishes.
When Jeff is not in the kitchen at Peterson’s
he is at home with his other passion, his wife Kayla
and his son.
