JOE PETERSON

Restaurateur

Local business owner Joe Peterson built Crown Technology and then pursued his dream to create outstanding and independent fine dining, which came to fruition in 1999. Since then, Peterson’s has received numerous prestigious wine awards, consistent top restaurant rankings, and an ongoing stream of positive public acclaim. Attention to detail, ambience, service and a dedication to fresh ingredients in every dish, is what Peterson’s continues to stand for today.

DAVE FOEGLEY

Executive Chef

Part of the movement that first brought farmer’s markets to the local Hoosier scene, Chef Foegley’s passion for local sourcing has been mainstay throughout his career. Formidably known as an “A-list” chef, Foegley joined the Peterson’s family following a tenure as Executive Chef & Director of Operations for St. Elmo Steak House/Harry & Izzy’s. “Doing food” and being “hands on” [once again] is what Chef says was the most exciting thing about coming to Peterson’s.

BRADLEY PHELPS

General Manager & Beverage Director

Known for understanding what “exquisite service is all about”, Bradley Phelps is a career restaurant and beverage management professional. Upscale brands such as, Z’s Oyster Bar & Steakhouse and Harry & Izzy’s, won food and beverage awards under his leadership. Originally from Peoria, Illinois, Phelps has worked in the Indy area for more than twenty years.

Joni Nagle

Assistant General Manager/Event Manager

Joni joined Peterson’s following 14 years of fine dining independent restaurant ownership and brings additional management experience from other restaurants in the fine dining industry.  She earned her MBA from Anderson University and was awarded the “Distinguished Entrepreneur Award” from the Anderson University Falls School of Business MBA Alumni Chapter in 2008. Joni enjoys providing ultimate hospitality to our guests to ensure each has a memorable dining experience.  

Julian Lara

Sous Chef

Julian has been at Peterson’s for 19 years and was recently promoted to Sous Chef. Julian and his wife Martha have been married for 13 years and have four beautiful children together. He enjoys cooking, playing soccer, and experiencing new things. Julian’s favorite thing about Peterson’s is working alongside his hard-working coworkers and managers. He also appreciates all that he has learned from Chef Dave!

Kyle Fromke

Bar Supervisor

Kyle is a 15 year veteran of the Hospitality industry in the greater Indianapolis area. Learning his craft with a variety of restaurants, he has gravitated to finer dining and steakhouses. He has lead the cocktail program here at Peterson’s for the last five years, winning local cocktail competitions numerous times. Kyle loves botanical gins and white burgundies and is an avid cyclist and swimmer.
